How EAS Works
- File Your Case Online - Submit your claim and supporting documents through our secure portal.
- Opposing Party Joins - Once both parties consent and payment is processed, the arbitration begins.
- Arbitrator Assignment - EAS assigns a qualified arbitrator based on the dispute type. (Parties may also select an arbitrator from our partner platform: ArbitratorDirectory.com.)
- Evidence Submission - Upload documents, messages, photos, contracts, or reports digitally.
- Online Hearing - Each case includes a virtual hearing conducted via secure video conference.
- Decision Within 45 Business Day - A written, binding award is issued according to EAS Governing Rules.
Access a Nationwide Network of Arbitrators
Expedited Arbitration Services (EAS) works closely with ArbitratorDirectory.com, a national platform allowing parties to:
- Search for arbitrators
- View experience and specialties
- Read background information
- Request specific arbitrators for EAS cases
Parties may let EAS assign an arbitrator automatically OR request a specific arbitrator through the Directory.
